Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges at Glo

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Glo purchase! If for any reason you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so.

Please ensure the following conditions are met for a successful return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags must be attached.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the process. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within a few business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Please note: Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable.
